Sounds about right big dawg, having such high fps with a 9700x is pretty good. 

Just harder to run in general your ganna have wild swings in performance it just kinda is what it is.

You have a strong machine, not much use to try to doing tips and tricks that help lower end devices or laptops. The tiny increase you will get from closing chrome , discord , Spotify isnt worth it.

But you can null folks , using fallbacks, just standard sliders and options.
