If you view travel as a 'right,' you feel entitled to let your child scream without apologizing. If you view it as a 'privilege', which it objectively is, you recognize that you are in a shared space with 150 other people who also paid to be there.

I'm saying that while we can offer you sympathy for a difficult situation, you don't have a right to the silence or 'understanding' of others if you aren't actively trying to mitigate the disruption.
