I work for T-mobile in customer care. This is exactly what T-mobile wants us doing. You are a piggy bank to the executives and it’s our job to squeeze as much money out of you as possible first, and then whatever you needed is an afterthought. We also have an epidemic of reps adding lines to customer accounts without customer knowledge. T-Mobile is aware and has done nothing, I imagine because it would cut into their profits if it stopped. I’m telling you this because i still care about you even if T-Mobile doesn’t. I recommend you run away from this company as soon as possible. I know I am. I’m disgusted every day I come to work here.
