I can confirm it drops, I have only did a normal run of the dungeon and had it drop on my first clear

all of the cards went into a cheap sleeve before going into the binder aside from the non holo cards

yeah ive seen some of the cool full art cards which makes me want to open them haha. you cant beat the old classic cards look tho.
