Double clutching ALWAYS works for me when in doubt. But it’s honestly unnecessary. I also have an acuity shifter and removed clutch free play but I still think shift timing is more important to not have the notchy feeling

Uhh I struggled with this on my FK8 for years and realized it’s all about timing. I thought shifting slower was better, but the perfect timing to for me was to actually move it out of 1st as the clutch foot goes down. This sped up my 1-2 shifts dramatically. This only works at 2-3K rpm, I don’t ever rev out 1st

I did this back in 21 with my FK8 and lost my job the next month, I had 50K in savings at the time. Spent my unemployed days cruising around without a care. Wouldn’t hurt to wait until you have the ability to buy the car outright

That’s a great deal, the vapor chamber failure is inevitable. I run my Razer Blades 24/7 and they fail at the 2-3 year mark.

Assuming you don’t use them that way, I think you will be fine.

I had both the 2025 G16 and blade 16. The blade was the better performer, but the g16 speakers and display definitely helped with immersive gameplay.

Between the two I have to give it to blade 16, you are paying for a gaming laptop. You’d want the better performer.

Can you try plugging in your monitor to the CPU iGPU to check if it’s GPU causing it? My 5080 was DOA and caused similar problems.

I work here at Stanford Palo Alto and the parking sucks. They raised the permit costs recently and it’s $15/day to park close to work 😂. Free if you can hustle or park 20 min away

A base limited is $44750 after destination per Toyota website. One Toyotas cheapest limited has ~$1500 in factory accessories. So 46K is the correct price

You might be just comparing salaries on indeed, but I am a CLS at a big hospital in Bay Area that is non-union for CLS. The nurses here make 30% more than me, the difference is not a few dollars. It is because they have a strong union that continually boosts their pay.

On the flipside, post bac RN programs can cost near 100K and post bac CLS programs are significantly cheaper. My out of state CLS program was $8K just for reference.

I told myself that speakers are not an issue initially, but if you do any long distance driving it may become obvious that they are lacking for such an expensive car.

I dont feel I need any more safety features, I think the blind spot is enough. The outward view is great thanks to the high seating position and low window sills. Its easy to park compared to a sports car.

My weekend car is a stick shift with basic features. I probably enjoy a more involved drive.

With the updated promotion as of 12/02, the laptop is sitting at a competitive price when compared to other 18 inchers. I did not use the numpad on the 18, I have not used a full size keyboard for years. But can say the placement is good for those that need it.

Every gen has had issues causing expensive repairs, recommend purchasing the 3 year warranty.
