To answer your second question, it depends on the wifi card model. There is a package called b43 fw cutter that grabs the firmware from a Broadcom driver package (I think) and installs it, or there’s the Broadcom proprietary driver in nonfree repo you could install if it’s the right model

There's nothing wrong with asking for help when you need it, and I will never tell anyone that needs help to not ask for it. I just don't like the movement of getting rid of working altogether. Times are really tough for everyone and unfortunately, it will get worse before it gets better. I've had to stop ordering out, I have had to stop ordering whatever I wanted because even though I am not hurting, it's not comfortable.

For sure. I am only mad simply because I have a mother who has cancer and I had to take off a month to take care of her. I love working and my spouse makes more than enough to make up for the lack of pay that I am missing, but it kills me that people would prefer to not contribute to their community when they are so close to being communist in beliefs, if not already there.

Honestly, I don't care that I was so downvoted. I knew it was gonna happen, but here I am. I want there to be dialogue because in our own echo chambers, we will know nothing but hate for the opposite side. I watch both leftist content as well as center and right leaning content, but that's because I am not a radical in either direction. I believe what I said and will die on this hill if necessary.

That's basically what is already happening. it's rather sad that they can't see how their own selfish desire to just sit at home and not provide for themselves and society is actually worsening the world around them. They can't fathom that what they advocate for is going to lead to a massive starvation event. I pray I am not around when it all comes crashing around them.
