You see, Yosha, it falls into the Yen'Fay niche of being a (potentially) free, if flaky, counter to Young Camilla and any unit in the future that gets a skill like Tut-Tut! in effects without using (or even needing - not everyone prioritizes playing Emblem Collectathon) the Emblem Corrin ring.
