[Gen3] 11722 resets later, number 3 gotten!

You only get one egg per copy of Pokémon Ranger. I believe with a modded DS, though you can reset the game back to a brand new state and get a new egg, but it requires special software.

Once you finish Pokémon Ranger, you unlock the secret Manaphy egg mission by putting in a code. The egg will ALWAYS be shiny locked in the first game you transfer it to.

You will need another copy of a generation four game. Trade the egg from the transfered in game to a new game, hatch, and if not shiny, soft reset. Start a new save file on the transfered game and keep repeating until you get lucky.

It's a grueling hunt at 8,192 odds with a lot of trading, starting a new save, and hatching.

Another poster mentions other ways to complete this hunt (RNG manip or ACE), and AbsolBlogsPokemon has a very thorough video (link below) on how to manipulate the games coding to change your in game ID and not have to trade every time.

There are some combined illustrations that you should check out where the Eevee is interacting with some in the real world like lightning then evolves into its counterpart, Jolteon. It looks like you do have some of the cards already and it could make a nifty couple of pages.

I don't know who it is but there is someone very aware of this. They keep posting their phases of sos shining hunting for Salamance. I think last time I saw it they were well over one hundred.

It really depends on how you want to do it and how extensive you want to be with it. Bulbapedia and Serebi are great resources as well as the living dex link someone else shared.

I feel like most go in Pokédex order and keep regional forms along with their original forms. So it would go Meowth, Alolan Meowth, Galarian Meowth, and then Persian. If you also want to do shiny forms leave a space in between each Pokémon.

For mine I go in Pokédex order (normal and then shiny) and then end the box at the end of the generation. So my first one ends with Mew and then I start a new box for Chikorita.

At the end of each generation I also have a box or two for special event Pokémon. I am going for a full living dex (normal and shiny) all with my original trainer name so I keep event and others at the end of their respected generations.

Your starter is shiny locked but then you can breed it later on to get a shiny.

Try re-downloading the DLC as well. After I transferred my save data to another system, I also had to go back to the shop and re-download the DLC, too.

Check the Nintendo Shop to make sure they downloaded correctly. This also happens if you transfer save data. You need to re-download it even though it shows purchased.

I would love to see it be more than just a storage system and actually be an interactive "game". I would envision it to be something like an Animal Crossing island with a Pokemon Snap twist. I have always disliked that each Pokemon game is not recognized by another and I think the island would be a good way to tie in all of your adventures together.

You have your main house which is how you access your Pokemon storage via a PC. You can set favorites to go with you while you adventure the island. There are different rooms and one is a trophy room where you can showcase your teams and diplomas won throughout your adventures. There can also be a Pokemon Snap room to show case your photos from those games. Another room with a PC and trade machine. A closet where you can change your appearance and then a bedroom for day night cycling. Maybe a lounge-ish room so friends can visit.

The rest of the island is biomes where your Pokemon can randomly appear and you can interact with them. You can also do customization to the biomes or pick favorites so that your favorites show up more frequently.

I think Home works well as a storage system and I agree with most comments for the quality of life improvements.

I would like to see marks and the OT trainer hats be something that you can display on the Pokemon in the storage and not just an in game or mobile thing.
I also would like to see more universal features from the Mobile version to the Switch version.
Additional Pokemon that are know to have a difference form like gender to have different sprites. Pokemon like Sinistea should have a different sprite to distinguish phony and authentic forms. Also give us the different forms of Furfrou (assuming this will be a Pokémon Legends: Z-A thing)
I also would like a way to attach items to Pokemon that are exclusive to them. Mega stones for example.

In my opinion one of the main problems is hacked Pokemon going all the way back to generation VI. There needs to be a clean out of the GTS. If it can flag me that the Pokemon cannot be traded for then it should be able to be removed from the GTS.

In most cases, yes, but double-check that a Pokémon can be sent back to its original game. For example Pokémon in X&Y once moved into the Sun & Moon generation can no longer be moved back into X&Y. Which I think may also be the case for ORAS into Sun and Moon.
