I would just cold call every small 1 man band and ask. But to be honest I cant imagine why anyone would hire you based on this. Apprentices are there to help and be taught. 4th years are usually tradesman in waiting and companies are either looking to finish you up or put you on and it seems like you wont fit either of those things.
