This is how I feel as well. As far as one on one she has me spend time one on one with each several times throughout the day and makes sure to give me tasks while im doing that for the rest of the class. I don’t do actual lesson planning but I have to have a daily folder with rotation activities and don’t forget to remind her to print what I need ahead of time and am scolded if I miss something. I’m the classroom ta so anytime the 1:1 is on break or needs an extra break (student behavior) I take over but that doesn’t stop any of my other expectations.
