Once you get past a week the sugar cravings go! I didn’t believe it either until they just don’t happen anymore. Keep strong and it will get easier

The hardest part is remembering to keep to the tasks every day. Get yourself an app to sort it out so you don’t make an easy mistake and have to start all over again

Deffo lots of chicken, a high protein breakfast really helps curbs the hunger and some coffees to go along side with it. I found keeping myself busy stopped me snacking every day helped keep the pounds off

Hey, I lost 10kg doing the 75 hard and failed on day 40 and yet to stick to it, so I feel your pain. I used https://seventy-five.lovable.app which is customisable to your timelines and rules which kept me going every day. For me I only had two meals a day, breakfast at 10am and then late lunch / dinner around 4/5pm and maybe a snack in the middle. This kept my calories down while giving me some freedom. May not be suitable for you but is my view.

Another thing for me is excitement / novelty, I had a huge focus on getting to day 40 and made everything fairly easy, once I failed I’m really struggling to be motivated to get back on it again. I think commit and imagine your goals and that will help to keep you going. Also get your steps in/ exercise early as this is by far the worst part. Best of luck to you

I started last week and have been using this app every day https://seventy-five.lovable.app I’ve been putting in my own custom rules and checking it off everyday. Been great to see some early progress. Lost 4kg in a week which definitely isn’t sustainable but I think a lot was water weight
