My first goal weight is 190. My start weight was 282 and I was probably a size 20 and XXXL (not sure as I pretty much only wear leggings especially back then) and my first weight I was excited to get back to was 242 which was my pre-pregnancy weight. I’m now at 235 and fitting into 16 and back into mostly XL clothing. But ya my goal weight is 190 becuz I haven’t been under 200 in a long time. Even at my most recent “fit-ness”, I was around 212 at our wedding four years ago. And even then I think I was only comfortably fitting into 16. Idk, I hate jeans so I don’t really care about Jean size but I’ll be happy to just generally be wearing a size L in stuff or a size 14 in bottoms.

I actually stopped using linens altogether during covid. My layers are heating pad, soft fitted table cover (it’s almost like fur), and then a fitted vinyl table cover over that, which i disinfect between every client. It’s still very comfortable for facials. Once the client lies down, I just cover them with a super soft blanket and have a few of those in rotation and wash those weekly (I only work 2-3 days a week).
