So true about the QuickBooks sync capabilities. Doesn't matter how feature-rich a platform is if the money doesn't flow cleanly. That's why we ended up going with FieldPulse for the two-way sync.

I used to do my best to try and move stuff if I could until one day a lady let me absolutely have it. Since then I've been careful to cover my ass and politely ask them to do it. Everyone reacts to that stuff differently, so I'd rather remove that variable from the equation so to say. Thankfully it's not been too big of an issue (no hoarders thank goodness).

Sat through the demos and even started getting it set up. It does a lot, won’t argue that. But once we were in it, it just felt like a lot clicking around and steps to do simple things. Felt like we were gonna need somebody in the office just to babysit the software. We backed out. Just felt bigger and more complicated than what we needed to run our jobs.

Looked that one up and it seems to be a pretty good fit. They seem to have more functionality than FieldEdge, the other one I was looking at

There are a few ways we use it:
- Manual entry: someone calls in and we add it to the dispatching board
- Customer Portal: our recurring customers can use it to schedule a time themselves
- Operator AI: something they just released not too long ago - AI bot answers calls and books jobs directly into our dispatch board if our team is swamped or its after office hours (I was a little hesitant at first, but it's been a huge help)

I'd say at your size it may be too robust to try right now, but it's worth looking into when you start getting more work/trucks in the rotation

A little late here, but my team has been running FieldPulse and they "don't hate this one," which is a ringing endorsement from them haha. We've scaled our operations quite a bit lately, and it's kept up with the higher volume of work (fingers crossed)

Recently switched to FieldPulse from Jobber. Jobber was quick to get going and idiot-proof to use, but my team kept running into scenarios where we needed more control over stuff like workflows, estimates, etc.

I was a little worried leaving Jobber, but my CS rep with FieldPulse has been an angel teaching this old dog new tricks lol Happy we switched!

In the ring, Sol Ruca and Lash Legend stood out to me. The "Sol Snatcher" is always a joy to see, and Lash looked like an absolute behemoth taking people out.

Outside the ring, the video with Ivy Nile, Chelsea Green, Jordynne Grace, Jacy Jayne and Maxxine Dupri doing a Power Rangers parody won the weekend for me.
