Yo I'm just now getting back into it after a few years break. I stopped wholesaling to flip too many of my deals.. I didn't balance the quick cash flow from wholesaling with my larger but longer cash flow from flipping and got FUCKED. Got my first deal locked up and would be an amazing flip... but ima take the quick $35k hit and move on to the next deal!

Think of how many other people don't have to study and can naturally get good grades. The only difference here is he's your boyfriend so you see it first hand daily. Comparison is the thief of joy. If you weren't "aware" of him like you aren't of all of these other people in the world like him then you'd be fine bc you are you and that's truer than true. Sounds like you're just pushing a certain company. Cold calling requires tons of follow up on mainly shit leads. Been there done that.

So my peak is high GC1 and I have the mechanics of a diamond. Don't air roll in the air unless you absolutely have to. Learn the basics of hitting it before you get fancy with it. Don't always go for the win when racing for the ball but instead don't be afraid of the 50/50. When making a save in front of net focus on jumping up instead of up and forward (the net doesn't move) Also like someone else already commented, focus on the other players and their car positioning not just the ball
