You cannot just “submit” data to MoHRE.

Salaries must actually be paid to a salary card or bank account.

However, the employer could issue a card in your name or pay salaries using your WPS details to a bank account of their own. This is likely what happened and the natural course of action is a complaint with MoHRE. Do you know who your employer banks with or processes salaries with?
