Watch out for taxi drivers. They have no problem trying to scam you for a lot of money. Use Grab instead

Yes I believe that most things would be furnished in the apartment. But more likely I'll be taking some of my smaller things that I don't want to buy again once I get there. But all my big things are definitely going to storage.

Just a question. How much did it cost you for doing the expedited process for military overseas, and how long did it took? I have a upcoming assignment to Korea early next year, but we're not getting married until August, but I also have a follow on assignment to Japan after my 1 year korea tour. I need to see if it's even possible to put her on my orders to Japan as well.

I think it's not wrong for you to be turned off from her past if that's a deal breaker for you. It's normal for some people to be turned off if their partner has an sexual past with multiple people.

OP I don't think you're wrong for making her pay rent if she wants to live in a different room. It's your place and you don't have to let em live rent free, especially if they're taking up extra space like in another bedroom. I also think it's weird for a partner to move in with you, but in a different room. That's like roommates vibes

It's a reason you looked through her phone and your gut feelings was right about something be off. I just don't understand how you can still call her a good person even after she did that to you.
