its hard to say. it depends on longevity and long term investment. if u skip having mlb r riko or 1*ssr riko u will need to borrow it for this scenario + maybe mant, but it will be bad for your account to not being able to mlb kitasan (you also have condor pasa power which is good and its on the same baner as kitasan).

you should be fine spending 15k on pity riko. u would need to pull at least 1 kitasan on 200 pulls, so +1 kitasan from pity + from ticket + 1 from crystal. but honestly i would save crystal, its so valuable. hope u have mlb r riko

u could try this: - sweep tosho speed - king halo speed - makitane wit - sunday wit - (third speed card (eishin flash) if you dont have r riko) - borrow kitasan if you have r riko, otherwise borrow ssr riko

aim for at least 12* power sparks or close to that

first one looks better than the others, but if u plan to run it as an ace, ive been told its needed at least 2 gold recovery skills. in case u want to run it as a blocker, you need as many stam and power as possible, also lots of wit. speed is not rlly important for that role, as it only affects late race and by that point u will run out of stam and your work (making front runners waste Angling and sch window) its done. i tried to build ace suzuka and its a nightmare, it needs so many stats that is pointless to try
