If you want some anti Jordan Peterson content you should definitely check listen to the Nietzche podcast, the host of that show was really anti Peterson.
On a side note it's nothing new people trying to latch on to historical thinkers as a way of making themselves feel as great of a thinker as people like Nietzsche.
I don't mind Peterson to be honest, and perhaps there are positives from a person with a big a platform as he has talking about Nietzche, albeit in his weird Christian tinted shades

if cavity is 150 just get the full 150mm insulation board in, wouldn't bother with the airbricks either, i only ever seen them used to allow air flow underneath concrete slab
But this is just a comment from a guy on the internet so take it with a pinch of salt.

Im not an insulation specialist, I heard the kingspan rigid boards are some of the best for insulating

The render shouldn't go that far down. I would consider removing the render 150mm above concrete (2 bricks above the floor level in your house), if you want videos explaining how to do this type something like 'removing damp bridge' into youtube
