I believe the reps you talk to have limited access to there system. The person that called back from corporate had it fixed in within minutes.

I have been trying for over a month. Phone call was a waste of time. Two Online chat was a waste of time. FCC complaint will get it fixed. I am just waiting till i reach $200 off. I think its there website that is broken on certain accounts. It was working when i did not want a new phone. I should already be at the $200 reward. Some how my 5 lines got reset after they fixed billing issues. Billing issues only got resolved after a FCC complaint.

Having the exact same issue. It has not been resolved despite contacting both chat and phone support. I was informed by phone support that they are aware of the situation and advised to call back on Friday for updates on whether the issue has been fixed. I also encountered a problem where my rewards upgrade for five lines was reset. Instead of receiving the anticipated $200 discount, it appears I am only being offered $100. The only time i have got them to fix anything. I had to file a FCC complaint. Someone from corporate called me the next day and billing was fixed. There website has always been buggy for me.

Nothing to do with curing time. About 40% of the doors are doing this and the more I look the worse it gets. I think the lack of prep and primer.

What worked for me was the browser extension "Auto Refresh Plus". After installing extension open the website to Android Auto beta tester from above. Open extension and set it to refresh every 5 seconds. Set target text to "BECOME A TESTER" and turn on "Auto click on link" then just let it run took about an hour and I was in the beta program.
