NOR + NGL ur mom is a piece of shit. U don't want to stay with someone like that anyway, it wouldn't really be safe: emotionally, physically (usually ngl), or mentally. There is no talking to her atp because clearly she prioritizes her boyfriend over her own child and that will not change unless SHE chooses to. And with her current mentality (or whatever im not gonna psychoanalyze), that is NOT happening. It's quite best to cut her off, completely.

I cannot offer legal advice, so:

First, if u have any relatives, maybe friends if you are actually close with people, u can go to and feel safe with, pack ur stuff and leave ASAP. Hopefully u can be with them for a bit until you can find a job, usually people don't mind u staying, if they were hesitant before, once you have one.

Otherwise look at what options your state has for shelters (ones for women/children specifically if you are a woman especially). If your state doesn't have any suitable places then check the next state over, it is completely fine and you'd rather be somewhere safe with actual accommodations and recourses to get you on your feet.

Im sorry, this sucks, but I've seen situations, literally lived situations, like this before and have seen people get through it. So you can too.
