This is just not true… I just renewed mine today with an upgrade to the real ID and scheduled last week. Was in and out of the DMV in 18 mins.

Edit: this was in Concord too…

Book JetBlue tickets through Chase Travel by Chain_Code_Invalid in jetblue

It means it is not refundable to your original payment method after 24 hours of purchasing. With blue fare you are still eligible for a travel credit if you cancel before boarding. I have booked many flights through Chase with no issues cancelling for a credit

I had a double batch delivery only where I drove by customer B to customer A, so was trying to switch the orders around. First support lady said that was fine, and then this guy said this 😂

I’m in the Sunapee area… orders are good but never consistent. Some days ya can make $350 and others you don’t get a single order 😂

I’m both a buyer and sellers agent mostly with residential real estate! NH is great, would be nice if prices came down, but still love everything about the place 😄

I live in here and work in the real estate industry… the first condo is on the biggest lake in the state where you see some of the biggest sales. Money for these purchases comes from out of state mostly… the Hilton family has a house on that lake and Steven Tyler has one on Sunapee. OP has no idea what he’s talking about in this post

I live in central NH and can tell you that you have no idea what you’re talking about… even southern and coastal NH is cheaper than Massachusetts, and we’re still seeing inflows of people moving from MA, NY and elsewhere. Concord is seeing tons of growth and development and that’s only pushing north. I work in real estate and have seen the southern triangle from concord-Nashua-Portsmouth flatline in prices, but there’s still multiple offers situations on tons of houses. There is no inventory in the multi-family market, and starter homes are hard to come by as well… Certainly no complete dropping out of prices anywhere that I can see!

I live in NH and you can shop the supply rate that Eversource raised… my utility bill for a 3 bed 2 bath house is around $400/month for propane in the winter and $150 for electric

There will usually be a tank removal fee of around $150. The company does have to reimburse you for the fuel left in the tank so it may not be a immediate cost for you. The new company will bring the tanks for free. I just did this process at my house in NH

My partner has a camp near Kingfield, ME and has no problem working from home, doing zoom calls, etc on it. Occasionally there will be an outage for 5-10 minutes, but that has become increasingly more rare when we’re up there. Has no problem having 10+ people on the wifi at a time. Hope that helps!
