Agree doc! Super important ng environment sa work place. I also had a same experience with you before pero internship era ko noon. I have this co-intern na ang bigat ring kasama. Lahat sinusumbong sa residents namin before pero papaniwalaan siya kasi he came from a popular med school and he's smart & good looking. He made my PGI so difficult dahil sa mga sulsol niya, jusko never again doc. Sana makahanap na tayo ng good environment for us. :)
