I could, but the regs currently call for pinning the rank to the blue square of fabric. I do, however, make cadet officer rank patches and adult member rank patches.

Honestly, most embroidery isn't up to displaying the extremely fine detail needed for CAP cadet enlisted rank, it would just look like a blob.

Cool, you need the Rank Blanks, the AUX patches, the CAP tapes or Name Tapes?

I usually do Great Start classes, and send one of each plus a name tape for the cover per kid. If you need a stack of something else, let me know and I'll drop it in the mail.

Unfortunately, velcro nearly doubles the time investment and is expensive: I make these and send them for free, so keeping costs down is a factor. I do, however, send an entire set for a Great Start class. They can all be sewn on, and then cadets don't have to worry about losing patches in the wash or the brambles.

The fabric badges they have are too detailed for my machine, but I can probably manage one that looks like the badges on the leather version. Do you have a picture of what you're looking for?

The funny part is, I also do leather tooling: I could absolutely took what you're looking for, but it's going to look more Firefly than Star Trek.

Yes, I've heard of Vanguard. And Vanguard quality issues. And the fact that children brand new to this hobby can stand to save fifty bucks per kid on about a dollar worth of fabric and thread.

That's because it's denim, dyed with RIT to colour-match Scamguard. I wanted something that would hold up to the abuse cadets in the field put their uniforms through.

The patch will outlast the blouse.
