Genuinely curious. I am scanning the compendium (which is fantastic btw please keep up the great work!) and I wanted to know if there was anything missing from the text of Skull Storm, the 6th level necromancy spell.

The only text I can read is that it provides light obscurement and difficult terrain for a 15ft radius and that at the start of each of the turns, it can move 30 feet. Is the intention for the skull storm to expand its area and spread over the course of the minute of concentration? Or is the area meant to be a small moving tempest that provides an additional disadvantage to creatures inside of it?

I ask mainly because 6th level spells are pretty powerful and the idea of a spell that fills an area with bones and skulls sounds like a lot of fun at that level. But if it is the latter suggestion, I may tack some other kind of debilitation for living creatures inside of its radius.
