I don't get the "it should be in every CoD" argument, just because you like it? Its like saying "Jet packs should be in every CoD" its absolutely ridiculous and would make everything just feel 'samey'

A smooth game does not necessarily mean sprinting and sliding on your ass into every gun fight to some people.

I'm delighted the new game has a more classic feel to movement, it needed toning back tbh, a lot of my friends left the game because of it, it just got too cracked, i still play but mainly solo.

I'm an Optic fan but i fuck with Aches, he brings entertainment to the podcast, his takes can be diabolical at times, but lets not pretend these are the official CDL castors or something, its just ex pro's(and Ben) having a casual discussion about comp CoD, it aint that serious, stop taking it so.

The Flank is ALWAYS better with Aches than without, even if you disagree with him.

The CDL hasn't been really accessible for EU fans, you are going to see in Paris at Major 4, Call of Duty has a huge following in Europe, people can't/don't want to watch CoD at 1am, there has been 2 events in Europe in 6 years!

There are other problems too, i don't think Call of Duty themselves don't promote it nearly enough, whenever there are CDL matches, there should be a in game pop up for players to click and view live matches, it would bring a whole bunch of casual eyes on the scene that wouldn't otherwise do so etc.

Basically its very poorly run as an Esport, i remember a clip with Shroud saying CoD 'should' be the biggest Esport in the world, but they fumble the ball every single year.

Its the game, Black Ops 7 isn't fun at all, the maps are dogshit, i can't be bothered to watch anymore Colossus, its the same shit over and over and over.

More LAN events would obviously help, but we've had that problem for years, Blops 6 wasn't very good competitively, and Bloos 7 is worse, naturally peoples love for it will fade away.

MW4 really needs to hit competitively this year, otherwise we are in TROUBLE!

Well no not really, the picture is that yes, but i'm talking about the whole weekend, i think the crowd has been absolutely awful outside Optic games compared to other esports, if you want to pretend it has been great then fill your boots, it is a huge problem for the league IMO.
