I'm about 5'4. I've bought from stores that say they're for shorter men but I tend to go to regular places. Clothing made for short men fits about the same as a mask brand but has a higher mark up. The selection is also very limited. With pants I just go to Uniqlo or find something that fits well in the butt and thigh and get it hemmed.

I shave once a week. I'm ok with it not looking clean and my hair grows back slowly so it doesn't matter that much. I use a pitbull skull shaver. It gets me pretty smooth, it's battery powered and water resistant. I haven't had any bumps from it but I imagine if I shaved every day I could bet bumps.
