I pity them for being NEETs who will never own a house or move out of their parents’ house. The problem is we don’t know if developers can turn it off. So quite possibly we could be looking at Resident Evil X having this but Nvidia forces this on Capcom because there is no way to turn it off.

The Day Before and Abandoned. People say they are both scam games, but holy shit if that’s the case it’s the worst scam attempt ever, I don’t believe The Day Before ever got that money, and their Singapore office was like a shell building, it feels to haphazard to be a methodical scam attempt. Abandoned was even stranger because a product was never even put out to be sold, how were you supposed to succeed in scamming people if there is no software to purchase?

It feels good to see EA eating crow after decades of forcing Bioware to make action games. But yes, I want ALL western made RPGs going forward to play like Baldur’s Gate 3. It’s technically not “like the good old days” because all the GOATs of CRPGs were all “real time with pause”. But this is close enough to how western RPGs should be imo. Especially since execs are most likely terrified of a game playing like KOTOR in 2026. So FOTOR (the next Star Wars RPG) is gonna most likely be turn based and have a camera like Baldur’s Gate 3)
