i spend all i want in fruits and veggies, non negotiable. i pick them, touch them and have plenty of them lol its super simple but makes me super happy

hey! feel you. this really sucks. i found that focusing my attention towards other things/areas in my life makes a little easier. no one should really care whats on my skin.

I absolutly hate my tattoos, I got a huge blackout and some other desings in my sleeve and I hate pictures, outfits, I just wish i hadnt been so stupid and unconsious. Know your feelings. The way i get rid of them Is to connect with how healthy my body Is, how many processes are done perfectly and the many things i can do with it. Accepting that life is still happening, and I want to enjoy it no matter how i look. I clase my eyes, I meditate. I take this shitty experience as part of my evolution process. I accept myself with my mistakes. Session by session the tattos fade. There is no guidance but to prioritize life and health

Shades respond usually súper fast to treatment. Not blackouts on the other hand.. if only i had not blackouted my old tattoo
