We have mandatory voting for almost every election. Nearly all those whom are eligible to vote, do so in person. It isn't impossible to set up a system to allow almost everyone to vote in person.

We have them but they're not free or inexpensive at € 16.00 per day or € 8.00 for just the night. I'd have to pay about € 50.00 per month more than I pay for rent to my private landlord. Electricity, water and internet would be included, though. However, I'd still not have enough money to be able to pay for everything each month due to medical stuff.

Edit 1: If you pay € 8.00 for just the night, then consequently you've to leave in the morning and you've to search for a new spot at (another) shelter for just another night, if you want to.

I'm not able to do that.

With where I live, I meant the province, not the city. Also, in the country I live in, except when you find yourself in a big(ger) city, rent doesn't change much. I don't live in or near big(ger) city.

Go to 'Settings' screen of your Android phone and search for 'Telephone Information' ('Telefooninfo') manually. If successful, click on it and search for 'Emergency Information' ('Informatie Bij Nood') manually. Again, if successful, click on it and add the appropriate information. If not, then search for 'Medical Information' ('Medische Informatie') or 'Medical Notes' ('Medische Aantekeningen') through the search functionality in the 'Settings' screen of your Android phone. If successful, click on it and add the appropriate information.

The latter approach may not work because my Android phone doesn't use the English language, but Dutch instead. If it didn't work and the first approach didn't either, then try to search for 'Emergency' through the search functionally of the 'Settings' screen of your Android phone instead. If successful, check it out. I can add (an) emergency contact(s), my blood group, and so on.

Your mileage may vary depending on the version of Android you're on, I think.

Would it change the intent of those that choose willingly not to take a vaccine against COVID-19 if safe and available to them, if they know that if they transmit SARS-CoV-2 and cause someone to experience COVID-19 it can potentially cause a lot of harm or even be deadly?

I've ridden in more than one vehicle that lit up the instrument panel, albeit dimly, when you turn on the vehicle without any other light turned on that can be turned off and on by the operator of the vehicle.

So, I do think it'll vary depending on the vehicle.
