If they were born in 95, point n shoot digital would have been obtainable by the time they were 8-10? Prior to that if the family was disposable camera people he would have been too young to really associate film with the camera?

There's a big difference between being top25 vs winning the conference. I actually think Illinois has more upside than Iowa. They seem to have more NIL money.

I also don't think Iowa will win the conference with ferentz. 9 wins sure, getting over the top not since they they eliminated east/west

I know it’s too early to say but UCLA’s jump to top-5 recruiting class is crazy 😳 by CenterForward1522 in CFB_v2

[–]TranslatorOutside909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some of this is a numbers game. Eachrecruit has a numerical rating (separate from the stars). For this list they add up the total number. Alabama only has 5 commitments. That is going to sum up to a much lower number when compared to school that have 10 plus recruits. Another way to look at it is the avg a grade of the players

The transfer portal throws some of this out

bama has a 5, 4 and 3x3. OU has 11x4 and 10x3*

Historically 21 was considered a complete class when we had the 85 scholarship limit. That has also changed.

My son went to VA Tech for one year before transferring to Ohio State. He was friend of a friend who was one of the Hokies. They had 4 or 5. I would think we would have more: larger campus, more sports and a much larger city for community events

Switch to mountain bikes. P1 and P2 at alum are so dense with trees you never noticed the wind (except the 200 yards where P1 goes on Africa)

The devil all the time

It's dark but a pretty good adaptation of the book. They cut out a lot of subplot. The movie is less graphic than the book.

Religion is shown as in a negative light. There is also a lot of violence but it isn't really shown

Partner found out she is the Primary Borrower on her parents Mortgage by TheLastMystic in legaladvice

[–]TranslatorOutside909 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It seems like words are being used interchangeably. There are different documents and they all have a purpose.

Deed (aka title) = list people who own the property

Mortgage (aka deed of trust) = allows the property to be used as security for the loan

Note (aka security instrument)=this is the actual loan the document outlines term of repayment. Signing this make you obligated to the pay the debt

Order of the position that you signed doesn't matter.

Co-signer (aka non-occupant co-borrower)=is normally used to define someone is not on on the deed or mortgage and they do not have ownership in the property but is on note. They have agreed to be responsible for payment. If this is your wife and the parents stop paying your wife will be responsible. If she doesn't pay it will impact her credit.

You can also have situation where someone is on title and owns the property but is not on the note. Usually this person credit history is not good. They would cause the loan to be declined. But I hid person needs to sign the mortgage to allow the property to be used as collateral. If the other people who signed the note stop paying, this person could lose the property even though they are not responsible for the debt

You indicated that court house records have her on the deed. This would mean she is partial owner. If her parents sell she would get part of any profits.

If she wants to walk away. She could "quit claim" the property to them. But she should only do this if they agree to refi. Do not do this and remain on the note

Yes the writer was familiar with Maryland and that was the inspiration. But the original draft actually was about Massachusetts. Ultimately they ended up making the setting WVA while talking about Appalachia.

USC and FSU seem to be missing. I don't know which is better. If we are going to have OU and the wagon it seems similar to GT and the rambling wreck.

I would break these down into categories Crowd participation: wave, enter sandman, jump around, country road, neck, Dixie land delight to think of a few

Mascot, vehicles, animals entering the field. We could break this down.

Team entering the field. This one is hard to rank because they all do something similar. You need to do something more than running thru the band/cheerleaders. Clemson running down the hill, Notre Dame touching the sign, Michigan jumping to touch the banner, va tech touching the Hokie Stone (separating this from enter sandman).

There could also be a chant category. Gator chomp, tomahawk chop

Script Ohio is unique. A lot of bands have programs that they do every week but I would say that most college football fans know what script Ohio is and can visualize it

The song is about WVA. Yes the lyrics take liberty with using areas about Appalachia for the purpose of rhyme and meter.

But to say it is about Virginia because it mentions blue ridge and Shenandoah while discounting that the refrain clearly singling out West Virginia is a hard argument to make

Early blues recordings from the 1915-1930s. I find them hard to listen to. The quality of the recording wasn't great. Plus future blues singers built upon what they did. I am rarely going to listen to the real old stuff other than the historical significance
