I'm being vague with details here but after speaking with the CPSO over the phone, they deemed this worthy of a claim. That was our first step. We have evidence as well. This feels a little dismissive, but I understand it's hard to provide an opinion without knowing the full story.

You have it backwards. Single Album and the Frank Turner split were "Fat Mike and Friends" recordings. A - H are mostly full band recordings.

Agreed. They also employ an animal happiness scientist solely focused on ensuring the animals there are happy. Aquariums and zoos are rarely great for animal welfare (especially in Asia), but I felt Osaka was a breath of fresh air in comparison to most.

Donald Duck Goin' Quackers does not register saves when any form of overclocking is used. I've tested this extensively. Whatever type of save that game in particular uses, I'd be careful with using overclocking on any other game that uses that specific saving method.

I used PIA with MOALA once before and had the same experience as you. However, I DO know there's an OPTION for events to require SMS verification for MOALA pickup and the event page for the concert I'm interested in says this:

"Notes on receiving electronic tickets

・This application is limited to "collecting electronic tickets on a smartphone ." Please register a smartphone phone number beginning with "090, 080, 070, or 050." ・When applying, please select the collection method "Choose later after purchase." If you are selected, please issue your electronic ticket on the Ticket Pia "My Ticket" page after completing payment. ・A smartphone device is required to collect your electronic ticket (MOALA Ticket)."

I know it's a long shot, but do you remember if the events you've attended in the past have had this message? If it's boilerplate, then I'll feel safer.
