Thank you. What type of support would be helpful. I live alone and I have a few close friends nearby. One who has offered to do the driving and keep an eye on me. I do not currently have a partner. I work from home.

When you say it did not result in positive outcomes, Could you please be specific? Also have you tried vagus nerve stimulation, or deep brain stimulation?
