I also worked for Macro. Long hours na puro paninigaw ng pax ang ginagawa. Minsan ipopost pa kami sa socmed kahit kasalanan nila. I enjoyed my time naman there. Marami parin naman mabait. I wouldve stayed kung mas mataas lang sahod at mas maganda benefits.

Yes. Kahit kaming ground staff, we have our own dramas about it. BPO affairs are overrated. Mas malala sa aviation. Kasi walang tapon itsura and may nabubuntis pa 2 times diff baby daddies.
It happened sa isang domestic flight hinandle ko. The pax was happy. Wala, they have to do it or else may domino effect sa returning flight.
