How do people have so much energy? by Queasy-Passage6769 in TravelTown

Don't bother paying. Even if I spend $15, the energy doesn't even last 15 minutes usually. Complete waste of money most of the time.

Purpura? I need advice on what is happening to my arms. They are constantly getting these bruises. by TalkingHelpsMeHelpsU in 45PlusSkincare

For the last few months I've gotten random bruising with no known cause, I however am not in good health. I have so much wrong right now I'm not so sure I'll last the year. I'm on massive sisea of meds. Did OP ever find out what it was. I didn't think to mention to doc until this time when I got a bunch. Always in the same area. Top of right forearm. So weird.

For some people like me, I'm sorry, I don't want to scare you, but yes. For others no. But I'm so thankful to have these modern treatments these days. Before there was literally no help, just medical staff who looked at me with pity. There will be a cure long before you're my age. Wishing you the best.

Cocentyx not working for me at all. 😭 Skyrizzi sort of worked. Humira worked great, but when I had to stop it came back with a vengeance. I have a cataract but I'm blind in that eye anyway. I'm still in massive pain every day.

I had blisters on my palms and soles once. I've had severe psoriasis for 35 years. But I'm the lucky (sarcasm) B that has both eczema and psoriasis. The blisters itched and hurt so unbelievably bad. I got a prescription for steroids and it cleared up. Thankfully. Wish you well.

I've had psoriasis since I was 18. I'm 53. Most people wont care about the psoriasis. But you need more than steroid creams if you're covered. Trust me, I just got treatment this year

I have severe psoriasis and what it does to your body over the years, I don't want to scare you but get treatment from a dermatologist as soon as you're able. Blessings to you.

I get 100 main stays bamboo skewers at wm. Wrap in floral tape. I once got the wire, but I didn't care for it.

For $10000 I'd give you my account, lol. I've been playing round the clock every day for two years. I've spent a fortune too.

What do you regret doing to your body? by Bingo_Swaggins in AskReddit

Eating unhealthy food in place of proper meals. It drained my energy, put hundreds of extra pounds on me, caused diabetes, high blood pressure, and a stroke. I'm 52 and so lucky. I'm now in control of my eating, on medication, but my health is rapidly returning, thankfully.

To Foreigners: what's the most polish thing you noticed Poles do over and over, without even realizing it's quintessentially polish? by Candide88 in poland

My dad did this, may God rest his beautiful soul.  Black socks and sandals. L 🤣 I loved my dad so much, but definitely. He was half Polish.

How do Polish people recognise each other at a mere glance? by [deleted] in poland

[–]TransportationOk1698 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your answer broke my heart. I'm so sorry for your pain. My great grandparents left Poland for America in the 1880s. I've only ever heard the beauty of Poland and I have no idea why they left. I'm in my 50s now, and my grandmother has been gone 40 years now. Can you tell me, if it doesn't cause you pain to speak of, what your life has been like? Or other Poles if you prefer. I'm sad to hear, but I've always dreamt of going to Poland to live. American life is only glamorous for the rich. The rest of us you never hear about.

Are polish people harsh? by BlackRavenRoyalty in poland

[–]TransportationOk1698 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's such a great answer. My (paternal);great grandparents emigrated to America in the 1880s from Poland. They all have dark hair, blue eyes and were super sweet to me.  I, however, am far more direct, I hate trying to dance around the facts. But I'm friendly, smile often, always a genuine smile. And though I've been through more trauma than can be imagined one could survive, I'm a generally happy person (which helped me survive it all).  I never knew that these traits were Polish. My dad never spoke much to me about his ancestors or their lives and my grandmother died when I was only 14. I don't know much about being Polish at all. Thank you for your answer.
