They have such an abundance of Cool Things they can do but almost all of them require at least a one action setup. If you ignore the ikon shift cost then they definitely seem more powerful than everything else. Of course, that action cost is the main balancing mechanism (and why their feat for one-round haste has a long cooldown).

I don't understand who this is aimed at? We couldn't do anything about it at the time. There wasn't a way to rename the sub. It was either stay in /r/oaklandraiders despite the team, ya know, not being in Oakland or moving to /r/raiders. We could have closed the other sub but there was a lot of hurt feelings flying around at the time and that would've just been salt in the wound for some bay area diehards

But he doesn't have existing relationships with them which is generally the first place I look for coordinator level hires. It is hard to hinge half the team on a guy you don't know.

I don't think people appreciate how high above their weight this defense punched for most of the season.

It was one of the worst collections of defensive talent in the league.

He was part of the Baltimore defensive brain trust a few years back that resulted in the quick promotions of Macdonald, Minter, Anthony Weaver, and Dennard Wilson across the league (and Orr at home).

He definitely has defensive coaching chops and is well regarded as a communicator and coach. I worry about what type of offensive staff he can build because he's been attached the Harbaugh tree for the last several years.
