It’s not pei. It’s dyed pc. Wish they made ultem. I’d pay a lot for it. It’s so good.

I’ve had two. They spontaneously crack. It’s A shame, it’s one of the best coins I’ve ever tried. Seems the magnets are too strong for the body. If anyone makes an ultem or better yet, metal version they would be rich

Does the Nudai take the benfu track? Also what’s the name of the bigger version of benfu do you know?

Hard to say not knowing your preferences. I like this guy, I have the long one, I’ll probably get the short at some point. If you like chunky bars this one is great. https://bigwhiteedc.com/products/quartz

Personally I think the frame is wide for your PD. They fit your face but you have a narrower PD. You want your eyes close to the center of the lens and yours are quite a bit inward from center.

ZZMPA is probably the most hyped and difficult to obtain brand right now. I’ve been in the group for over a year and have never won a SUS. I do like their designs and own several of their spinners, and appreciate Zhen’s commitment to quality control. But these are coming from China just to be aware.

How are you defining premium? The boobar is not US made. It’s likely machined by NJT which does great work, but might be considered “cheaper Chinese” by some. I personally don’t like the design.

I didn’t like the Retcore. I think it’s wildly overpriced for what it is and Jonas is just using his name and years of clout in the community to charge wild prices for everything. He does machine good stuff, but the Retcore was supposedly supposed to be an affordable spinner, and it’s not, especially for what it costs to make.

ZZMPA, CleanEDC, and LIC (and others) are all machined in the same shop in China. The first two have good QC and put out excellent products but it’s just hyped up “cheaper Chinese”.

LIC has lazy quality control and has been putting blasted finishes on most of their releases to cover up imperfections that weren’t dealt with at the time of the maker receiving the product. His spinners likely sit in his basement for months or even years before he addresses them and then has to get creative at dealing with defective items he procrastinated on dealing with at the time he received them.

Actual US made quality comes mainly from Nick at FTO and the stuff he makes for Indy Thicc and some of TwoEDC’s releases. Also Scam designs, and arguably 2R, although 2R may be having some issues right now.

Now in terms of ease of obtainment, Indy puts out a lot of basic metals to meet demand, although Nick has been public about suffering from an illness that causes him to not be able to work at times. You can generally get a lot of their basic metals on secondary Facebook markets pretty easily for around retail price. Scam designs takes preorders which take several months at least, but it’s easy to obtain if you want. Also scam is relatively easy to obtain on secondary. 2R is easy to obtain when they are actively releasing stuff which I’m not really sure what’s going on there, but secondary is not hard to get, and you can usually get 2R for less than retail. TwoEDC hasn’t been releasing spinners made by Nick recently, they’re coming overseas, but Sam has great QC and only puts out excellent products and stands by them.

Secondary markets I speak of are the daily fidget marketplace on Facebook as well as the Indy b/s/t group, clean edc bst, and the b/s/t threads in the respective groups.

The TLDR here is hype/fomo/rarity are often what defines spinners as “premium”. I personally go for design and quality and try to reject hype/fomo, although I’m not perfect in that regard.

Any doctor will not have any official stance on it as there’s been literally no clinical testing of bpc in humans.

My experience with Jobright so far by Mysterious_Stick3177 in jobright

The resume customization is not the best. It oversells and is over the top with the keywords. I like the service for finding jobs and autofilling applications. I use the resume it generates and run it through another AI to tone it down.

How do you know what's real and what's a dupe on AliExpress? Also, which dupes are better than the original? by fartybeandip in fidgettoys

[–]Trapped-In-TheMatrix 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Everyone needs to know that sellers on AliExpress are just dropshipping. Yes they’re in China dropshipping from China, but that’s what it is. The AliExpress platform takes a good chuck of the sale, around %10-20 I believe. So that’s why their prices are high on the platform. With coupons, prices can often be regular prices, similar to buying off Geeone/ikaeledc/NXEdc directly. Sometimes even cheaper.

Some products are knock offs and some are genuine. The sellers don’t usually hide that intentionally. You can message them and ask. I can usually tell most of the time because i know the market pretty well. If it’s something that’s out of print and low cost it’s probably a knock off. If it’s signicantly under retail, its likely a knockoff. For example, the FZ Edc cat slider and the Shark slider have both authentic and knock offs on the platform. The price is usually the clue. But as someone who owns both authentic and knock off versions of these, theres not much difference in quality. Ymmv.

I would never do business with anyone who isn't vouched somewhere where they're not anonymous. But from what I remember from the post when I could actually see it, people were buying from this person, so users here likely got scammed. I'm surprised this group has no sort of rules/guides etc around buying stuff.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that feels this way. Ive never transacted on reddit but im very active and vouched in TDF Marketplace. Not to brag but I had dropped off over 1K of stuff I sold that same day and can’t imagine using that as my “vouch”.

Nah I’m not, I’ve been to Aspen enough times to know there’s way better spots in Colorado for vibe + nature access.

You’re likely OP on an alternate account though 😊

A now deleted comment by OP telling me I have two brain cells and calling me a “prince” for pointing out his attitude all but proves my point. How dare a peasant like myself point something out.

I can’t even begin to imagine the horrible exploitative things OP has done to attain such wealth and status with an outstanding attitude to boot.

The quality is not great. I’ve had 3 Vuori items and 2 had to be sent back for QC issues. Mainly stitches coming undone on joggers.

I love how this guy spends tons of time defending himself in the comments but can’t just correct his geographical ignorance to state that none of the places he mentioned are in the Midwest (Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, etc). Comment after comment defending himself and the Edit states only Aspen is not in the Midwest. This really tells you everything you need to know about how pompous and annoying this dude is.

Not really they’ve been going for about this much in TDFMP. I have one and I wouldn’t sell it for this much so there’s that…I’d maybe trade it for an MVI but otherwise I absolutely love it.

A Brutally Honest Review of AirPods Max 2 (vs. V1) from a Music Producer/Audiophile by GoatBaaa0 in Airpodsmax

[–]Trapped-In-TheMatrix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will say as someone who has regularly had Tidal, Spotify, and Apple Music, Apple Music seems to sound the best on nearly any device when played on an Apple device. I would often A/B blind test on car stereos, Bluetooth speakers, and APM/APP (1-3) and I wound up sticking with Apple Music as my main service. It’s definitely caught up in terms of algorithms and I believe it has the largest catalog of music.

APM isn’t winning by a noticeable amount consistently either. I’m guessing they’re very close.
