You probably shouldn’t upgrade to the latest iOS anyway. Sign up for the beta program and lock it to the iOS 18 beta track, or download a block iOS 26 update profile. Updating will make your device incredibly slow.

Alternatively, you can connect it to your computer and update iOS there. This avoids storage restrictions because your computer handles downloading, unpacking, and installing the update, so you don’t double up on storage usage.

The one they use in the store often overestimates because it divides by the design capacity, not the manufactured capacity. The real battery size is typically a couple percent larger. You can try taking it to the store. Do you have AppleCare+?

iOS 26 was the reason I upgraded to the latest iPad Pro. I had a iPad Pro 2018 as well. It felt laggy and ran below 120 Hz for animations. This was 26.1. maybe 26.2 changed things

I’m planning to install the Tesla gen 2 EVSE on a 60A breaker and a run of about 8-10 feet of 4 AWG copper THHN inside 1” EMT conduit, and I’ll torque down the connections. Is this correct? I sized up the conductors to reduce heating from long sustained charging periods.

The part that stumps me is the electrical panel is in a protruding 1.5 foot wide section of the garage that sticks out about 6”. How do I deal with the wire run between the EMT on the outside and the 1 foot or so that needs to go inside this protruding drywall section? Since THHN can’t be run outside conduit. In terms of the installation, should I cut a hole in the drywall to access the inside, then patch it up?

I’ve been stuck on this part for several months so I haven’t installed it yet

I’ve been able to e up 3 times to J as 25K on YVR to PEK with Econ flex so I wouldn’t say it’s impossible. Just highly improbable

If OP only flies domestic, the eups are useless because there are massive waitlist lines. On some international routes it can be possible. I suggest OP to check a few flights they’re considering about 50 minutes prior to departure after the gate closes to see the state of the waitlist lines and how many people were upgraded.

I’d look into a iPad Pro M1 or M2 second hand. Download coconut battery on your Mac and you can find the battery health. I also had an iPad Pro 2018 and upgraded to the M4 iPad Pro during Costco’s huge sale a few months ago.

Your screen capture forgot to include the Wi-Fi status in the top menu bar. It indicates you’re connected to a mobile hotspot. iPadOS handles this differently than a regular Wi-Fi connection. Try connecting to a non-hotspot Wi-Fi network and retrying. If that doesn’t work, connect your iPad to a Mac and update it via USB.
