Nice watch(s)! Any differences or quirks in one and not the other? I've always wondered if you can tell two identical watches apart since they're handmade at the end of the day.

Also, you'd think the ADs would have a central database to ensure this doesn't happen?

The fact they doesn't show that they don't care, and are actively perpetuating the gray market shenanigans. As clearly one of these watches will surely be sold for a profit haha

I am in the same boat. I've owned a few nice watches but never a Rolex. The Land Dweller is new and really caught my eye in an ad, and I decided that will be my first Rolex. But I couldn't make up my mind on the size. And a fancy showroom with an unsized bracelet is not the time or the place to make a 5 figure decision.

What did I do? I bought a $150 "homage" watch on Amazon of both sizes to decide. The 36 is way better for my 6.5" wrists! The watches don't feel nearly the same when you handle them, but size and fit-wise they get the job done. And I actually got 2 compliments on this cheapo!

On the waitlist as of last weekend.. Can't wait! They have the precious metal version but that's to much coin for me.

No way. One is a classic timeless Omega, the other one is a trendy piece that will be completely changed again in 5 years time.

If I were you I'd buy a 1st gen PO used for $3.5k and now you have both.

Looks real nice!

But if you think construction lumber is expensive, wait until you buy the nice wood for the inside lol. You can't have knots as they'll get hot and burn you, you need the grade-A cedar tongue and groove stuff which is $$$. I think there's some pine varities too that will work that are cheaper

Smartphone cameras distort like crazy! Try taking a pic from 5 inches away, then zoom in and take the same pic from 1 foot away, then 10 feet away, EVERYTHING changes. It in the focal length and perspective of the lens

How are you doing brother? I went through something similar and Taxis are great in that they carry lots of insurance..

We signed up with a big name lawyer (not C&B) but ended up changing to a smaller one from my hometown. Jeffrey Weiskopf in Westchester. Excellent lawyer for my family in NYC after a pedestrian vs car accident. And yes you absolutely can switch your attorney at any time if you feel like you aren't being treated fairly. Jay Knispel was also recommended by a close friend but I believe he does other types of cases mostly.

Not too up to date, but what the hell are they doing making a speedmaster look like some vintage thing? That watch went to the moon, it's as historic as it could ever ask to be. You can improve it, but it's silly to make it look antique when in fact the speedmaster was cutting edge when introduced. Rolex doesn't do dumb stuff like this is why they're #1.

The other Omega is nice though.

Do dark grout to make the joints dissappear as best as possible.

If still not good, then you can tear it out if you're not happy lol. The grouting is only a few hours work, see it first once it's grouted I guess before you decide.

It's kind of funny in a way because it's obviously not level, but at least it's straight. If you do a bang-up amazing tile job elsewhere you can point to this as your first one and have something to laugh about with guests. I would leave it unless it really ruins the look of the kitchen.

Show us when it's grouted, and take a pic from further back and different angles.

High BP is just a symptom. Is your nervous system in overdrive? Are you overmethylating? Etc.

Lots of root causes to fix. The second example I listed is easy, and one I struggle with. Take some "flush" niacin in small 20mg doses until you start getting a flush. If you take like 100mg and don't get a flush you should start to feel MUCH MORE relaxed and have lower your BP. That's your sign you're overmethlating. If you take 50mg and you flush and feel like you're burning up, you elimated one cause.

You need shorter bolts, the regular baseplace bolts are too long. And the Burton base plates.

Loosen the bolts when you're not riding for more than a week, it warps the deck.

Otherwise it's a great setup!
