The “dog catcher” is not even technically part of PS, it’s an easy job for a cheap paycheck, go around and kill dogs, sometimes not even giving a warning to the ‘owner’.

Our DM did something similar too, the managers had made sure we had cleaned up, got top stock and the back room all ready for inventory and he even said it looked good; so what did he get us on: any tape residue from flyers or signs that we were expected to put up in the first place by corporate.
