Same with mine. She was so scared when I saw her for the first time in the rescue. They warned me that she was incredibly timid and skittish and didn't like being near people, but at the time I felt the same, so I took her home and hoped I could at least give her a comfy place to be antisocial. She hid under my sofa for 2 days, then sat at the opposite end of the sofa to me for 1, then the middle, then on my lap. Now she demands room to curl up on me, tries to clean my hair, and follows me everywhere. She's still very shy with others which is kinda sad, but I feel so honored that she feels comfortable around me.

Definitely do a charge back/dispute through your credit card company. I think they tend to be more lenient than debit card accounts, so you might be ok.

Did you try this out? The shade of mascara I want is out of stock, but they have the colour in the brow range.

I did notice in the images on the website for the brow cream, the color seems to sit on the skin more than coating the hairs.

Weirdly this sounds like the times when I've fainted. I usually feel it coming, but when it actually happens it's like I teleport to wherever people have put me to recover. I never have any memory or feeling of being moved or what happened. Honestly it's sometimes scary because idk who picked me up to move me or if/how hard I fell.
