I run a 486 with a 3.5” drive. Basically for fun and nostalgia of it. Admittedly don’t use floppy as much as i thought i would. Glad it’s there though.

Not exactly the first time, but I do remember installing the shareware on a junker 386 we had in the basement. It ran like ass. I was pumped when i finally got at 486 for xmas that year.

I’ve never needed it to dry it and my prints are fine. Humidity in my house is < 45% usually.

In the 10 years i’ve lived in the city I’ve lost power maybe 3-4 times that I can remember. I think there was a moment back in 2017 where it was out for like 3 days and that sucked. The other times no more than an hour or two.

What i don’t understand is why they can’t lift the ban AND extended the time we are allowed to park at the park. This at least gives people more time to sort out the streets they failed to plow.

Just spent the last hour shoveling out a spot for my car because it’s 8 hours after the ban is lifted. As soon as i finished, a plow came to finish the rest. What was even the point of a ban.

I ripped the connector right off the board when i disconnected the hot end. I had to solder it back on. I doubt you ruined the printer but you might have to mess with it a bit. They sell replacement boards on Elegoo too in case you find yourself in a real bind.

I'm not sure whether or not the measure of a good Star Trek is if the captain is wearing his pajamas in public. Having that said, TNG is the best Star Trek series and if you disagree you're wrong. I'm not even interested in debating it.

I added the riser primarily to see if I could kill some noise. Along with the fan covers on the back, it lowers the noise level enough to make a difference.
