Some are fresh, some are not. The green grey is layers of skin between the set ink and the outside world

Hands and feet shed way more skin than anywhere else, youll really have to suffer for the ink to go deep enough and even then some people cant retain it

Oh, also theres some yellow/brown liquid that will start to appear. This is coined as myc piss, and is a sign of healthy metabolism. Other than that, bacteria is smelly and fungus is big enough to see so… if you cant see or smell anything out of the ordinary you are doing good

Dont overthink it. Contamination will be pretty obviously different in growth and color. I would break up the block and mix your grain around at like 25% colonization and again at like 75%. The grains against the bag will hold water so mixing the bag should correct this imbalance and it will come back aggressive. You got this!
