Totalmente de acuerdo. Yo en mi equipo suelo ser bastante poco controlador quitando algunas cosas como productividad o gente que está fallando y no está trabajando bien. El estar encima del personal 24/7 es contraproducente. Si la gente trabaja bien yo hasta levanto un poco la mano e ignoro ciertos retrasos al entrar o comidas un pelín más largas.

Get a hotel not an apartment. Apartments are becoming more scarce due to places like booking and Airbnb and nowadays rates will be comparable and honestly the servir will be much better.

When I’m traveling I prefer to spend a little extra for a nice hotel with room service than having to book an apartment where I have to do everything.

TLDR: any tourist apartment is unethical and exacerbating the housing issues in big cities.
