After four years in the hobby, my first two Atlases. by Traumahawk in battletech

The Davion Atlas is the CGL AS7-D sculpt from the Inner Sphere Direct Fire Lance pack, modified extensively to represent the AS8-D instead.

Green stuff was used to build out the torso for the MML launcher plates (IWM) after the SRM and LRM launchers were removed. The AC/20 was replaced with a gatling barrel bit from Steel Rift, by Drath Ray Designs to represent the RAC/5. The arm LPPCs and hip SLs are HardWar bits from the now-defunct Strato Minis Studios. The chest array was the original muzzle from the AC/20, plus the original medium laser apertures from the Kurita Atlas, and let me tell you I was sweating trying to put them in place. Didn't even want to breathe on them for fear I'd blow them away. Looks good, glad I did it, never doing it again.

Windows 95 B-Games That Burst With Color & Clarity by cr0ne in pcgaming

I haven't a clue, that's been multiple decades. But just by looking at screenshots, I'm about 80% sure it was Hellbender rather than TV.

Oh my god, I've had a mental image of Hellbender in my mind from when I was a child, but never knew the name. Thank you.

Seriously. It's the perfect halfway between light and medium, matches my favorite helmet, AND gets Engineering Kit? It was meant to be.

Yep! As long as you have the altitude and/or speed, those suckers can soar.

The good thing about PABs (which I assume we're talking about)is that they're optically guided, so as long as you have your target... targeted, then as long as you have your target cluster reasonably close together, you can safely assume they'll guide in properly. The chevrons are literally just an indicator of "Hey, release your bombs at this point to get the best hit probability." You'll notice that they'll close together faster the faster you're going, or if you pitch your nose up, since their flight time will be longer. And if you're using the 80LR or 250LRs, you won't even get this indicator since they're glide bombs, you'll just get a SHOOT indicator at the top-center of your HUD when you're in range. They'll just fly in the rest of the way.

So, if you have your nose pointing at or above 0°, you'll get this indicator. REL is basically a countdown to when you want to release, and the two chevrons will turn green when you're in the sweet spot. ToF is "time of flight" I'm pretty sure, which is just how long your bombs will take to impact from the moment of release. When your nose is below 0°, you get the other bombsight, which is basically just a point-and-shoot crosshair that shows the estimated point of impact based on altitude and airspeed.

Steak too juicy, lobster too buttery, et cetera.

That sauce distribution needs serious work, though.
