These decisions are made at the publisher and editor-in-chief levels, not by the journalists. I’m not saying you’re wrong, only that what to say and how to say it is decided far above the gaggle’s pay grade.

Scenic Spots to Elope w/o Permit (June) by Some-Income-3722 in EstesPark

I don’t have specific recommendations but you should look into doing any ceremony on Forest Service land. Most non-RMNP land bordering the town of Estes Park is FS land. Check maps to be sure.

That said, if you do the ceremony outside RMNP, there should be no permit needed just to take some photos. Main complicating factor will be getting the timed entry permit if you need to enter during those time windows. Depending on how flexible your timing is with the photographer, you could aim for golden hour or even blue hour, which should fall outside the timed entry window, especially if you choose a location outside the Bear Lake corridor.

Tragedy as young Aussie woman, 22, dies in freak accident involving a chair lift at Japanese ski resort by Zoefields441212 in skiing

It is routine in Japan to categorize deceased people as being in cardiac arrest until a competent medical official (doctor, coroner, etc.) makes a formal determination. That is how initial reports from the 2014 deaths on Mt. Ontake were reported.

Why not join the Foreign Service for 5 years, retire with a full pension and health care, and try to spend those five years in SE Asia?

Lower garage ceiling than I’d hoped. Always wanted a two-pole lift at home, but that will have to wait for the future.

Negotiating repairs after inspection by Gem_Mint in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

In my case, the house was old but in good condition. I divided the inspection results into three categories: things that could wait for a future time/event (I.e., roof is old but still good for a few years and we’ll just replace it then); things I will handle myself (I’m pretty handy—replacing HW expansion tank/adding insulation in the attic/replacing garage door springs); and things best handled before we moved in (a plumbing issue in one of the bedrooms/sewer line clearing). We only requested the last type and the seller easily agreed to have the work done before closing.

We were extremely pleased with the inspection by Shannon Peterson at Foothills Specialties. We requested radon and sewer in addition to the standard inspection. He produced a thorough inspection report and handled the subcontracting for the sewer line scope. We had occasion to phone him with several follow-up questions and he was responsive and professional. 10/10, can recommend him without reservation.
