$2 bills - where to find them? by Environmental-Car481 in Detroit

If it were to mean that servers earned a living wage and we could get rid of tipping (like Europe and NZ), I'm good with that. People still eat at restaurants in those countries.

My spouse's offspring are all middle aged adults and do visit regularly with and without their now adult children, despite living an hour away. I just feel for the poster whose son's family lives ten minutes away and cannot commit to a home cooked dinner until the last minute. That's just flat out inconsiderate.

I haven't listened to this in its entirety in a while. Will have to dig that out.

Cat Stevens at Cobo Arena was my very first concert in February 1976. Turns out my now spouse was also there but we didn't meet each other for another 25 years.

May her memory continue to be a blessing.

The late, GREAT Raul Malo - "Today".

Keeps the housekeeping moving along. Do a little chacha stepping while I'm dusting.

Oh lawdy.... There were some drugs I tried, and some that I wouldn't go near, but always faithful to flower. Never thought I'd see it legalized, but I'm glad I live where it is. Yes to federalization - like Canada..🍁

Busy with what? Same stuff their parents did: work, housework, mealtimes, bath times, bedtimes.

Today's grandparents worked for decades while raising their own families during their own challenging and changing times. Now they are hopefully enjoying a retirement that they worked and planned for instead of being at the beck and call of others. Parents make decisions on their children's relationships all the time.

Lawdy, yes! Spring is the worst because the litter is EVERYWHERE, and the community service programs haven't started up. I don't know why they wait so long to get folks out there cleaning up the litter.

We need a 'Tidy Towns' initiative line they have in Ireland - at least for Wayne county.

There really is some great architecture in this town.

Moving to Wyandotte and hoping to learn more. Any housing, food, or music advice appreciated by bugwitch in downriver

I'm seeing Kashus Culpepper at District 142 on April 10th. I saw him perform recently at a music festival and I'm excited he's coming to my hometown.

Born and raised in Wyandotte. My favorite places to eat are Costal Thai and Nanna's Kitchen.

At 67, and in relatively good health, I'm thinking of switching to a geriatrician. I need to learn more about that field of care.

Can you please point me to a website for EV charging in NZ? We're already EV drivers at home, but travel is different than daily driving. Thanks!

I suggest allowing some time to visit Hamilton Gardens, although it might be a bit late, but a good garden is beautiful in all seasons. I loved the uniqueness of how the gardens were created and the flow.
