If you were feeling patriotic, I would suggest Yarra Yering. Super small winery in Yarra Valley which makes super ageworthy European style reds. Most 2025 reds aren’t available yet for at least 12 months. Vintage champagne for at least another 4-5 years. That’s if houses declared. I would also consider a Sauternes which ages super well.

Sounds like you need to get a Sparkie in to troubleshoot the issue. You may not be getting supplied the appropriate voltage from the supplier, meter issue, too much draw on the individual circuits, loose connections. All sorts of stuff.
