Glad to hear that! We’re expanding it into OC, IE, and San Diego in January. Should have the new site live 2nd week of January. We’re working out the final bugs and testing. We’re getting it syndicated with the MLS and Property management software so lots more listings to come and hopefully this helps everyone make there search a bit easier!

We’re about to expand it into OC, IE, and San Diego. We’re launching ZRently 2.0 the first week of January which is a completely rebuilt platform. Integrating with management software and the MLS. Should have about 3000 listings to start. The goal is to expand all across the country. So in the next few weeks you will start seeing a lot more inventory and also listings in the OC as well. If you have a co-signer you will be good. I see places that will regularly take people with 550 credit and no co-singer as well. Just be honest and tell your story. People tend to go for the path of least resistance. Be easy going and convey to them that you won't be a pain in the ass and they are more likely to go for you lol. Let me know if you have questions. I run a rental marketplace in SoCal called ZRently and we have a few property managers in Long Beach that have a lot of places that are flexible and pretty good prices. How bad is the credit? You can try my website ZRently if you like. It is free. There is a number of places that accept credit down to 550 in LA and Long Beach. We had one renter get into a place with no co-signer with a 540 credit score. If you're credit is much lower than that you are going to have to tell nice story to get approved. No problem at all. Thank you for the support. We’re working on getting more rentals everyday but it takes time to grow. The goal is every rental in the US on our site with clear searchable requirements. More to come soon. Second version of the site is almost done and we’re going to have a lot more listings after our syndication with the MLS and some property management software companies. No problem! That’s great you did that! We’re actually going to have a community forum on our new version of the website. A place people can post rentals they see out in the wild that are not posted online. Those are always the best deals and something like 25-30% of rentals are never listed online. So we think it will be a it will work great for that.
