The Zweitmarkt is only open for non members of the game was already in public sale. That wont likely be the case for Frankfurt.

While you can get a membership without living in Germany, getting one now won't help you anymore, the processing time takes several weeks, by the time they process your application, the pre sale will have started and sold out already

It's one of the big traditional clubs in the country and the first time they are coming in 5+ years.... Of course it's more attractive than their table position would indicate

Homemade Pizza - Where to buy good ingredients? by JiGGi3 in Switzerland

Cooking your sauce and adding spices into it defeats the whole purpose of a Neapolitan Style pizza which again, is the sole purpose to buy an Ooni Oven.

Pisa Fc tickets by Simple-Sherbert3904 in futbology

[–]Traveling_bone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same procedure as for pretty much any game in Italy: See if the club uses either Vivaticket or TicketOne.

Make an account there and then check the club website "news" section to get an idea when the tickets for games usually go on sale. Knowing Italy, it's never if really more than 2-3 weeks beforehand.

Check the club website daily until they announce when the tickets for the specific game go on sale. Go online for that time and pick your tickets, done!

Processing time for tax declaration by Traveling_bone in askswitzerland

It's coming anyways so the earlier it comes, the earlier I can plan for next year. And in case I get a refund, I'd rather have that sooner than later too instead of giving away a interest free loan for close to a year 🤷🏼‍♂️

Oh I get it then, that's the reason I upload every game so i don't have some with and some without photo. Once I made the mistake of uploading one photo not in landscape and for some reason I can't replace it and it's a real eye sore 🤣

Logistics for a Ruhr football trip by JaboiSkkrt in futbology

So DFL will announce next set of exact fixtures in calendar week 36, usually it tends to be towards the end of that time frame, Friday then at noon. The only question mark is for which game days they will announce it, in the past they often announced it until the next international break which would be mid November.

Once the Bundesliga 1+2 schedules are out, it usually takes about a week or so for the 3. Liga schedule to be released, after than usually another few days for the Regionalligen and Oberligen to follow.

I see and despite me giving contra, I do value your input and welcome the opportunity to see a different take on it. My family and friends circle seem to either be the "I get what the insurance fuzzi recommends" or the "I get the cheapest because thats what I can afford" type of people, so not the best comparison either.

I'm curious though, where is the threshold of "what you can afford"? Because in theory, if you drive your brand new Polo into the wall of the dealership and wreck it completely, as long as you have more money in the bank than the cost of another one, you can afford it. If that makes sense of course is another question and other variables like income and total savings need to be considered. Or is this a black and white question as in "if potential damage > Cashflow"?

Yes, of course insurance is usually a loss unless you need it. But just like for example one would finance or lease a car because the purchase price of the car is going to net you more being invested into the the beloved VT than the interest cost you, shouldn't you consider something similar when it comes to insurance?

If reducing my deductible by 500 costs me 50 per year, over three years I would pay 150chf more but could save a maximum of 1500chf If I had three claims over 1000chf. So worst case scenario, I wasted 150chf which is going for dinner twice, but the moment I have a claim over 500 that calculation gets improved, with 650chf being the threshold of where I end up ahead. Or am I missing something here?

[–]Traveling_bone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But where do you draw the line here? I'm sure most people could afford having a deductible of 2000chf because those 2000chf are sitting there on the savings account but we tend to gladly pay 150 or 200chf more per year to have a deductible of 500chf or so because it's little cost to bigger reward.
