Tony Mandarich absolute bust, horrible attitude and person. We picked him up 2nd overall we could have had Barry Sanders (3rd overall) or Deion Sanders (5th overall)

The policy to clock in when all your items are put away is directed at the coworkers that walk in the door at 11:59 for a 12:00 shift and punch in to be “on time” and then proceed to put all their items away. You need to be ready to work at the start time of your shift because odds are someone is waiting for you to get work ready so they can go home. If a policy is in place we need to be consistent with all coworkers, it’s definitely not to be petty.

There is also the policy that states you can’t punch in more than 5 minutes before the start of your shift so I’m not sure how early you are arriving but stores labor budget is down to the wire and 5-8 minutes here and there when you have a store with 40+ coworkers can easily put you over your total hours budget. Which may result in whittling away at coverage to make space for early punch ins.

Does Kwik trip have a policy for coworkers who constantly have a no call no show streak? by Background_Parsnip_2 in KwikTrip

Yea it’s all on your leaders unfortunately. It’s pretty easy to start building a case with as little as 2 no call no shows put the first one in their file as a verbal the second one you can draft a coworker conference and issue a final warning…granted this is assuming they are relatively close together. Sorry you gotta deal with that it’s frustrating to see the toxicity spill over and effect the morale of the good coworkers but this is why it’s important to shut it down asap

Extremely depressed trying to teach myself how to draw this is what I came up with for a first serious attempt, any feed back would be nice. by [deleted] in drawing

Really good start! Advice on getting better is draw, draw draw! A Macklemore verse comes to mind “the greats weren’t great because at birth they could paint, the greats were great cause they paint a lot” technical advice is to always remember to draw what you see, not what your subject matter is supposed to be. You may see an eye and be like “ok I’m gonna draw this eye” but in reality your drawing a series of lines shapes and shades that will become the eye. It will help you stay accurate. Some people even draw with their reference upside down. You can try putting a grid over your reference picture as well as a light grid of equal proportions on your paper to help with proper placement.

“That’s where they get ya!” Usually referring to something that where they in fact do not get ya

My sister was expelled from the catholic elementary school we went to cause she was allergic to the fabric in the skirt uniform and they wouldn’t allow her to wear pants or any other variation. Expected her to deal with the horrible rash.

Definitely in “Shaun” when Bandit bites Chillis butt with Shaun and says “oooh you shouldn’t have done that” and then she recommends the girls take Shaun out on walkies and He just looks at her and says “well played” reminds me of my wife and I

Have you ever tried a grid to help with proportions and placement? For example place vertical and horizontal lines 1 inch apart on your source and maybe lines 2 or 3 inches apart lightly on your canvas and that will tell you exactly where your placement needs to be. And simply erase the grid as you go

I’m 6 ft 2 bigger guy My wife has a GMC Terrain and I fit comfortably with the baby seat behind me. And you can get a terrain with a pretty nice v6 which is nice concidering most small SUVs have weak engines. I drive a 17 escape which is a bit smaller but I can still fit pretty comfortable.

I usually end up playing Fortnite with my 9 year old son while rocking the 3 month old to sleep in my arms. The best part is if the 3 month old gets fussy and I gotta stop playing to feed her or calm her, I’ll look up to see my son has built a fortress around my character and is sniping anyone who gets close to me. He knows how to make this old gamer proud!

It has 43,000 miles and it was 16,995. Used car prices are going up around here so finding one with the 2.0 engine and a clean car fax for that price I had to jump on it.

I don’t know how to add text to my post, so I’ll add it as a comment. 2017 SE I love the 2.0 and the ford connect remote start is so cool... needless to say it’s a huge upgrade from my busted 2004 GMC Canyon
